摘    要:目的探讨膀胱结石治疗的新技巧。方法2006年4月至2008年9月,经膀胱镜鞘或电切镜鞘途径气压弹道碎石治疗膀胱结石49例。结果所有病例均一次性将结石取尽,术中、术后无膀胱穿孔和水中毒等并发症。结论经膀胱镜鞘或电切镜鞘途径气压弹道碎石治疗膀胱结石安全、疗效可靠,损伤小,是一种值得推广的高效微创技术。

Treatment of bladder stones with air pressure ballistic lithoclasty by cystoscopy or resectoscopy:a report of 49 cases

Abstract:Objective To investigate a new technique for the treatment of bladder stones. Methods From April 2006 to September 2008,49 patients of bladder stones were treated with air pressure ballistic lithoclasty by cystoscopy or resectoscopy. Results All the patients with bladder stones were treated on one session, severe complications such as perforation of the bladder or water intoxication did not occur intraoperatively or postoperatively. Conclusion Treatment of bladder stones with air pressure ballistic lithoclasty by cystoscopy or resectoscopy is simple and safe, being a kind of effective and minimal invasive technique for bladder stones.
