摘    要:[目的 ]优化芪月降脂片制剂成型工艺中的制粒工艺 .[方法 ]以最佳制剂处方为基础 ,采用正交设计和多指标综合评分法对高速搅拌湿法制粒工艺进行优化 .[结果 ]最佳制剂工艺为切桨用快速档、搅桨用慢速档 ,搅拌时间为 4min ,润湿剂加入量为 42mL .[结论 ]该工艺合理 ,成型性好

Abstract:OBJECTIVETo optimize the important step -o f granulation technique for modeling of the Qiyuejiangzhi tablets. METH ODSThe technique of high speed wet granulation was optimized by using orthogonal design and multi-index compositive score method to taking the be st f ormulation as the basis. RESULTS The best preparation tech niqu e was that the cutting paddle put on speediness level and the impeller on slowne ss level, and the churning time was for 4min, and 42mL of the wetting agent was added. CONCLUSION This technique is reasonable and the molding of the tablets prepared by this technique is good.
