| 摘 要： | 目的：防治输尿管镜损伤。方法；掌握好适应症，提高操作技巧，及时发现和正确处理医源性损伤。结果：本组2525例用输尿管镜治疗的患者中共发生损伤35例占1．4％，各种症分别为：穿孔26例1％，大出血3例0．1％，输尿管断裂3例0．1％。损伤后开放手术11例，因患紧无功能切除3例占0．1％，开放手术治疗损伤的比例为0．4％。结论：输尿管镜是一种微创治疗技术，但也可造成严重并发症需不断提高操作技巧，及时发现妥当处理好所造成的损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the causes and positions of injury made by the operation of ureteroscope and the measures to deal with the hurt.Methods:Among the 35 cases, 3 cases of separation of ureter, 26 cases of perforation of ureter, 3 cases of nephrectomy, 3 cases of bladder filled after ureterorrhagia.Results:The injured rate was 1.4%.Conclusion:The operation of ureteroscope is a micro-wound technology. To decrease the injury rate, it is very important to improve the operational techniques, find and treat the harm promptly. |
