中药缓控释制剂的研究和应用

目的：总结近年来中药缓控释制剂的研究结果,为进一步开展中药缓控释制剂研究提供参考依据。方法：从中药缓控释制剂的特点、分类及新工艺的应用等方面进行介绍。结果：西药缓控释制剂的理论与中药在实践中进行了有机的融合,使中药制剂在安全性和稳定性上有显著的提高。结论：缓控释制剂已运用于中药制剂的开发中,在新时代医药体系中有着广阔的发展前景。

Resrarch and Application on Sustained and Controlled Release Preparations

Objective To introduce the progress in the researches on sustained and controlled release preparations in order to offer some information for the development of sustained and controlled release preparations of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The characteristics,classification and new technology were introduced.Results To integrate Western sustained and controlled release preparations with the traditional Chinese medicine in order to improve the security and stability of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion Sustained and controlled release preparation has been used in the development of traditional Chinese medicine,and it has widely prospects for development.
