武警新兵下肢应力骨折危险因素的病例对照研究

目的:探讨武警新兵基础训练期间下肢应力骨折的发生因素,为制定应力骨折的预防措施提供科学依据。方法:选择2009年3月～2012年2月于赤峰220医院确诊的48例下肢应力骨折的新兵,按照1:1的配比选取对照,对照组为同期参加训练而未发生应力骨折的新兵,配比条件是同性别、同年入伍、同期训练、参加相同训练内容。结果:新兵下肢应力性骨折发生率为10.4%(48/460)。应力骨折的危险因素为吸烟,OR值为2.009;保护因素为入伍前经常参加体育锻炼,OR值为0.240。结论:新兵下肢应力骨折的发生与多种因素有关。本研究显示入伍前经常参加体育锻炼,身体素质好的新兵应力骨折的发生率较低,入伍前吸烟的新兵应力骨折的发生率高,新兵基础训练期间应循序渐进,以降低应力性骨折的发生率。

A Case - control Study on Risk Factors of Stress Fracture of the Recruits in Chinese People's Armed Police Forces

Objective:Stress fractures represent one of the most common and potentially serious overuse injuries.To find out the risk factors of stress fracture in the lower extremity limbs during recruit basic training,so as to provide scientific basis for making prevenive strategies of stress fracture.Methods:A case-control study of 1:1 match was carried out.48 cases of stress fracture were diagnosed among a total of 460 recruit from a unit in chinese people’s armed police forces in 2009 and 2012 year.The matching conditions are the same gender,the same year enlisted,the same period training and participate in the same training content.Results:The incidence of stress fracture was 10.4%.Smoking were a risk factor with OR 2.009.The protective factor was physical exercise the armed police recuit used to do before enlisted,with OR 0.240.Conclusion:The occurrence of stress fracture was related with many factors,suggesting that fond of exercising could reduce the incidence of strss fracture.On the contrary,smoking could increase the incidence of stress fracture.The basic training should be done in an orderly way step by step,so as to decrease the incidence of stress fracture.
