PDCA循环模式用于SCI康复患者健康教育中的应用探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨PDCA循环模式在SCI康复患者健康教育中的作用。方法:将92例SCI康复患者根据入院先后顺序分为观察组46例与对照组46例,对照组进行常规健康教育,观察组采用PDCA循环模式进行健康教育,6周后采用统一的SCI患者疾病康复相关知识认知问卷调查表对两组病人进行调查。结果:观察组脊髓损伤、脊髓损伤康复的目的以及生活质量影响、饮水计划、自我间隙导尿方法,泌尿系统感染的预防、遵医行为均明显高于对照组,两组比较,P〈0.05。结论:将PDCA循环模式用于SCI康复患者健康教育中,有利于患者健康行为和生活方式的形成,提高患者的自我护理能力、康复效果及生活质量,增加病人满意度。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the PDCA circulation pattern in the SCI rehabilitation patients health education.Methods 92 cases of SCI patients in hospital rehabilitation order is divided into the observation group 46 cases and control group 46 cases,control group routine health education,the observation group was treated with PDCA circulation pattern of health education,4 weeks after the reunification in patients with SCI disease rehabilitation related knowledge cognition questionnaire survey was conducted on two groups of patients.In the observation group,spinal cord injury,spinal cord injury rehabilitation and quality of life impact,self clearance method for catheterization,urinary system infection prevention,compliance behavior were significantly higher than those in the control group,two groups,P< 0.05.Conclusion the PDCA circulation pattern for SCI rehabilitation health education of patients,for patients with healthy behavior and way of life formation,improve patients’ self care ability,rehabilitation and quality of life,increase patient satisfaction.
