盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床观察

目的：观察盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2010年01月-2011年12月我院口腔科门诊慢性牙周炎患者8O例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组给予盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,对照组给予20g/L碘甘油治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为96.67%和73.33%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：米诺环素治疗牙周炎临床疗效确切,操作简便,适宜在基层推广,可作为牙周病辅助治疗的药物。

Objective: observation hydrochloride minocycline ointment treatment of chronic periodontitis clinical efficacy.Methods: January 2010 December to 2011 in our hospital dental clinic patients with chronic periodontitis 8O cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group 40 cases,the observation group were treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment and control group to give 20 g / L iodine glycerin treatment,the treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results: The observation group and control group were 96.67% and 73.33%,the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Minocycline treatment of periodontitis clinical efficacy of the exact,easy to operate,suitable for promotion at the grassroots level can be used as the periodontal adjuvant therapy drug.
