HLA-G在胃癌患者外周血及癌组织中的表达与临床意义

目的:探讨HLA -G在胃癌中表达的临床意义.方法:采用流式细胞仪测定经病理组织学确诊为胃癌患者的癌组织、正常胃黏膜及外周血单个核细胞中HLA -G的表达水平.结果:在正常胃黏膜及外周血单个核细胞中的表达较低,而在胃癌组织中呈高表达,胃癌组织与正常胃黏膜、外周血单个核细胞两组间表达差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).正常胃黏膜组与外周血组相比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).随着胃癌组织分化程度的降低、TNM分期的增高及出现淋巴结转移,胃癌组织中HLA-G的表达量显著升高(P＜0.05).结论:胃癌组织中HLA -G的高表达可能参与了胃癌局部的免疫逃逸,有利于胃癌的发生和进展.

The Expression of HLA- G in Peripheral Blood and Gastric Cancer Tissues and its Clinical Significance

Objective:To explore the relation between HLA-G and clinicopathological characteristic.Methods: HLA-G was an factor of related to immune escape,which derived from gastric cancer patients was assayed in cancer tissues,normal gastric mucosa and peripheral blood mononuclearcell,respectively,with Flow Cytometry(FAC).Results:The expression of HLA-G in cancer group was higher than that in normal gastric mucosa group(P<0.05)and peripheral blood group(P<0.05).There was no relation between normal gastric mucosa group and peripheral blood group.There are obviously relation between HLA-G and the differential degree,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high expression of HLA-G in gastric cancer may be leading immune escape of gastric cancer,it maybe responsible for the carcinogenesis and development of gastric cancer.
