| 摘 要： | 目的:观察脑卒中患者吞咽障碍早期康复护理的效果。方法:把卒中后吞咽障碍的患者100例随机分为两组,对吞咽障碍患者进行分级、评定并进行康复护理,观察结果。结果:康复护理组总有效率为90%,具体表现在并发症少,体重下降少,住院日明显缩短。结论:对脑卒中吞咽障碍的患者进行早期康复护理具有明显的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the consequences of early training and nursing of dysphasia in acute stroke patients.Method:100 patients were divided into two groups at random.To observe he consequences of training and nursing for dysphasia.Resuct:There were much different between weight,complications and the recovery of dysphasia.There was more effective in the test group than the control group.Conclusion:There were more significance to early training and nursing of dysphasia in acute stroke patients. |
