开展优质护理服务对儿科护理质量的影响

目的：研究开展优质护理服务对儿科护理质量的影响。方法：将200例患儿随机平分成对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组在此基础上开展优质护理服务,比较两组患儿及家属对护理人员的满意度及护理效果。结果：实验组患儿及家属对护理人员的满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组受表扬护理人员高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,对照组护理纠纷事件多于实验组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：优质护理服务提高了患儿及家属的满意度,减少了护患纠纷,得到了患儿家属的认可,优化了医院服务,提高了医疗护理服务质量,加速患儿的康复。

The effect of carrying out quality care on the quality of pediatric care

Objective: To study the effect of carrying out quality care on the quality of pediatric care.Methods: 200 patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group and the experimental group.Each group was of 100 cases.The control group used conventional methods of care.The experimental group was taken with quality care on the basis of the control group.The level of satisfaction and nursing effect for children and their families were compared. Results: The staff satisfaction of experimental group children and their families on the nursing was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level praised in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).The care disputes in the control group were more than the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The quality of care improves the level of satisfaction of children and family members for nursing staff,and reduces nurse-patient disputes,and has been fully endorsed by the optimization of hospital services by family members.It improves the quality of health care services,accelerate the rehabilitation of children.
