| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨64排螺旋CT显示冠状动脉起源异常的价值及临床意义.方法:对6 109例符合诊断要求的冠状动脉CT成像(CT angiography,CTA)的图像资料进行回顾性分析,对其中冠状动脉起源异常的病例进行分析统计.结果:检出冠状动脉起源异常者78例,检出率为12.76‰.其中右冠状动脉起源异常者55例,占总例数的9.00‰；左冠状动脉起源异常者18例,占总例数的2.95‰.结论:冠状动脉CTA是显示和诊断冠状动脉起源异常的最佳影像学检查方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evalute the value and the clinical significance of the 64-multislice computed tomography(64-MSCT)coronary angiography in the diagnosis of the anomalous origin of coronary arteries.Methods:6109 patients’coronary CT angiograpy data were retrospectively reviewed.The data about anomalous origin of coronary arteries were analysed.Results:64-MSCT coronary angiography identified 78 patients with coronary artery origin anomalies from 6109 patients(12.76‰).There were 55 cases with anomalous origin of right coronary artery,accounting for 9.00‰ of the total number,and there were 18 cases with anomalous origin of left coronary artery,accounting for 2.95‰ of the total number.Conclusions:64-MSCT coronary angiography is considered the most useful imaging techinique in identifying the The anomalous origin of coronary arteries. |
