中西医结合非手术治疗急性胰腺炎

目的：观察中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将100例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各50例,对照组西医常规保守治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加服自拟清胰承气汤。结果：中西结合治疗急性胰腺炎有显著疗效,明显优于单纯西医常规治疗,两组疗效有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。

Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in non operation therapy of acute pancreatitis

Objective Observation of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of acute pancreatitis clinical curative effect.Methods:100 cases of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each,The control group conventional western medicine conservative treatment,the treatment group in the conventional treatment of Western medicine plus clothing by Qingyi decoction.Result Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treatment of acute pancreatitis with significant efficacy,was significantly better than that of routine treatment of Western medicine,the curative effects of the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).
