Ⅱ型糖尿病患者心率变异时域分析的临床价值探讨

对60例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者HRV时域分析各项指标（SDNN、SDSD、SDANN、RMSSD及PNN50）进行了测定，并与60例正常成人进行对比分析。结果显示Ⅱ型糖尿病患者HRV各项时域分析指标均明显低于正常对照组（P＜0．01）。表明HRV各项时域指标的测定，有利于评价Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的自主神经病变。

Diagnostic value of time domain analysis of heart rate variability for patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus

To investigate the change of time domain indices of heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (MDDM). Time domain indices of HRV were assayed and comparatively analyzed in 60 cases of NIDDM and 60 healthy subjects.the time domain indices were standard deviation of all normal R-R intervals (SDNN), standard deviation of all normal R-R intervals (SDNN), standard deviation of mean of standard deviation of all normal R-R intervals for 5-minute segments (SDSD), standard deviation of the average normal R-R intervals for 5-minute segments (SDANN),root mean square successive difference (RMSSD) and percentage of differences between adjacent normal R-R interval >50ms (PNN50).The results showed that these indices were markedly lower in patients width NIDDM than that in healthy subjects (P < 0.01). The above results suggest that sympathetic hyperactivity and parasympathetic withdrawal may be present in patients with NIDDM. Time domain analysis of HRV might be a feasible method for evaluating cardiac autonomic nervous activity in NIDDM.
