| 摘 要： | 目的研究主动外排抑制剂对喹诺酮类药物抗金黄色葡萄球菌活性的影响，并了解本院主动外排介导的金黄色葡萄球菌流行情况。方法应用琼脂稀释法检测喹诺酮类药物环丙沙星对40株金黄色葡萄球菌的最低押菌浓度（MIC），同时分别检测在加入主动外排抑制剂利血平和碳酰氰间氯苯腙（CCCP）后，环丙沙星MIC的变化情况。结果利血平可减少菌体对环丙沙星的外排作用，降低环丙沙星对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC，而加入CCCP后金黄色葡萄球菌不生长。结论利血平可抑制金黄色葡萄球菌的主动外排，降低耐药菌株的MIC，是一种好的主动外排抑制剂。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of active efflux inhibitor on the activities of quinolones against staphylococcus aureus,and investigate the prevalence of active efflux-mediated staphylococcus aureus in our hospital. Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of ciprofloxacin to 40 strains of staphylococcus aureus was detected by using agar dilution method,and the MIC changes were detected after adding active efflux inhibitor reserpine and carbonyl cyanide m-chlorophenyl hydrazone(CCCP) respectively. ... |
