2006年龙岩市部分7～18岁人群麻疹抗体水平调查

[目的]了解中、小学生麻疹抗体水平,以便制定有针对性的预防控制策略。[方法]2006年6月,在龙岩市抽取部分7~18岁中小学生进行血清麻疹抗体检测。[结果]检测1936人,麻疹抗体阳性的1 522人,阳性率为78.62%。麻疹抗体阳性率,7个县(市、区)分别为94.01%、92.07%、71.79%、81.99%、70.37%、77.41%、61.11%(P<0.01);麻疹疫苗接种过1针、2针及不详者分别为76.30%、88.16%、72.76%(P<0.01);既往计划免疫工作开展较好、中等、较差的乡镇分别为90.15%、72.14%、73.42%(P<0.01)。[结论]龙岩市7~18岁人群麻疹抗体水平不高,麻疹疫苗接种工作不平衡。

Investigation on Measles Antibody Level Among People Aged 7 to 18 in Longyan City in 2006

[Objective]To understand the measles antibody level among middle-school and elementary students in Longyan city,in order to formulate pointed prevention and control strategy.[Methods]Measles antibody among partial middle-school and elementary students was examined in Longyan city in June,2006.[Results]1 936 persons were examined.1 522 of them were measles antibody positive.and positive rate was 78.62%.The measles antibody positive rate in different counties was 94.01%,92.07%,71.79%,81.99%,70.37%,77.41%,61 and 11%(P<0.01) respectively.The positive rate in the people with one dose,two or unclear measles vaccine immunization history was 76.30%,88.16%,72.76%(P<0.01) respectively.The positive rate in different town that EPI operated better,generally and worse in the past was 90.15%,72.14% and 73.42%(P<0.01)respectively.[Conclusion]Measles antibody level among people aged 7 to 18 was not high in Longyan city.Measles vaccination was uneven.
