| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脑电图(EEG)和脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)在中枢性协调障碍患儿早期诊断中的作用.方法:使用LQWY-N型脑电图仪和MEB-7102型诱发电位仪,对本院141例中枢性协调障碍患儿进行EEG、BAEP检测.结果:EEG正常88例(62.4%),异常(含界线)53例(37.6%);BAEP正常49例(34.8%),异常92例(65.2%).结论:EEG和BAEP对中枢性协调障碍患儿早期诊断,估计预后,指导治疗均有一定的临床意义.

| Abstract: | Objectives:To explore effect of electroencephalogram (EEG) and brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) in early diagnosis of children with central coordination disturbance(CCD).Methods:141 children with CCD were examine by LQWY-N electroencephalograph and MEB-7102 BAEP machine.Results:Normal EEG was 88 cases(62.4%),abnormal (including boundary) was 53 cases(37.6%);normal BAEP was 49 cases(34.8%),abnormal was 92 cases(65.2%).Conclusions:It shows that EEG and BAEP have some clinical significance in the early diagnosis,estimating prognosis and directing treatment of children with CCD. |
