西宁地区６０例老年革兰氏阴性杆菌肺炎临床分析

目的 对６０例老年革兰氏阴性杆菌肺炎的诊断、治疗、预防进行了总结探讨。方法 收集本院１９９０年１月至２０００年４月该种病例６０例进行总结分析。结果 ６０例中，起病缓慢者４７例，起病急骤者１３例，病情恶化自动出院者４例，死亡者５例。结论 老年革兰氏阴笥杆菌肺炎一般入院时肺炎临床表现不典型，病情危重，易被误诊，由于其预后差，早期诊断、治疗应引起重视。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS ON 60 CASES OF OLD PERSONS SUFFERED FROM GRAM NEGATIVE BACILLUS PNEUMONIA IN XINING AREA

Objective To sum up the data about diagnosis,treatment and prevention of 60 cases of old persons who suffered from Gram negative bacillus pneumonia.Methods Collected and analyzed the data of patients who suffered from Gram negative bacillus pneumonia and administrated from January 1990 to April 2000 in our hospital.Results Slow onset 47 cases,acute onset 13 cases,turn severe and left hospital 4 cases and death 5 cases.Conclusion Due to the clinical mahifestations of old person with Gram negative bacillus pneumonia is usually not typical and the state of the illness is serious, it tended easy to misdiagnose.It should be emphasized that the early diagnosis and early treatment because of the poor prognosis of such kind of disease.
