| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨乳腺癌新辅助化疗前后Survivin、p53蛋白表达变化,分析表达变化与临床疗效的关系.方法 51例可手术女性乳腺癌患者采用TE方案新辅助化疗,免疫组化S-P法检测新辅助化疗前后Survivin、p53蛋白表达情况.结果 ①化疗后Survivin表达明显下降,p53表达未见显著性变化.②化疗后Survivin表达降低,化疗有效率高,Survivin的表达升高,化疗有效率低,两者有显著性差异(P＜0.05),p53表达变化之间化疗有效率无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论 Survivin在新辅助化疗后表达显著降低,Survivin可能是TE方案新辅助化疗的一个靶点.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression changes of Survivin,p53 in breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and analyze the relationship between expression changes and efficiency of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Methods The expressions of Survivin,p53 were examined by immunohistochemical assay in breast tissue samples from 51 operable breast cancer patients before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy of TE(Taxinol and Epirubicin)regimen.Results After neoadjuvant chemotherapy,the expression of Survivin decreased significantly(P<0.05),but p53 showed no significant changes.Altered expression of Survivin was correlated with efficiency of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion After neoadjuvant chemotherapy of TE regimen,the expression of Survivin decreased.The gene Survivin may be a target gene in this regimen. |
