安全监测在降低精神病患者不良事件中的作用

目的通过安全监测，防范精神病患者不良事件的发生，降低不良事件发生率。方法选择康复病区2012年1月到2013年12月发生的不良事件进行回顾性分析，共计收集了556份长期住院慢性精神病患者的相关资料。并对2012年与2013年的患者安全监测记录进行比较。结果不良事件由2012年的126起下降到2013年的80起，下降了36．5％，特别是重大不良事件以及由躯体疾病导致纠纷的不良事件为零。结论在慢性精神病患者护理过程中，通过安全监测能够降低患者不良事件的发生，并提高患者及家属的满意度。

The Role of Safety Monitoring in Reducing Mental Patient Relevant Adverse Events

Objective Prevent the occurrence of mental patient relevant adverse events and reduce its incidence. Methods Conduct retrospective analysis on adverse events in rehabilitation ward occurred from January 2012 to December 2013 by collecting relevant information of 556 long-stay chronic mental patients. Compare the patients＂ safety monitoring records of the two years. Results Adverse events reduced from 126 cases in 2012 to 80 cases in 2013, falling 36.5%, especially those major adverse events or adverse events led by physical disease reduced to 0 case. Conclusion Safety monitoring in the nursing care on chronic mental patients could reduce the occurrence of adverse events and improve the satisfaction of patients and their relatives.
