| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察抗人白细胞介素 8单克隆抗体乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法 :采用开放型临床试验治疗 82例寻常型银屑病 ,每日 2次外用抗人白细胞介素 8单克隆抗体乳膏 ,疗程 8wk ,再继续观察 8wk。结果 :抗人白细胞介素 8单克隆抗体乳膏治疗寻常性银屑病的总有效率为 6 7% ,局部刺激发生率为 4 % ,未发现严重不良反应。结论 :抗人白细胞介素 8单克隆抗体乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病安全有效。

| Abstract: | AIM: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of antihuman interleukin 8(IL 8) monoclonal antibody cream in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. METHODS: Eighty two patients with psoriasis vulgaris were enrolled in present open labeled clinical trial. Each patient was topically treatd with the antihuman IL 8 monoclonal antibody cream two times daily for 8 wk, then stopped treatment and was followed up for 8 wk. RESULTS: The total effective rate was 67 %. Local skin irritation was found about 4 %. No serious adverse reaction was found. CONCLUSION: The present study suggestes that antihuman IL 8 monoclonal antibody cream is safe and effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. |
