| 摘 要： | 目的：通过建立稳定的大鼠原位肝移植模型，总结实用性的手术技巧及常见并发症的防治措施。方法：采用改良的二袖套法施行大鼠原位肝移植术123次，观察并分析手术时间、存活率及手术并发症。结果：手术成功率93．5％（115／123），一周存活率为83．7％（103／123），手术并发症主要有麻醉意外、失血性休克、吻合口出血、胆道梗阻、胆漏等。结论：改进的手术方法可以提高手术的成功率，减少并发症的发生。
