脑膜瘤的影像学表现及其临床意义

脑膜瘤是颅内及脑外常见肿瘤之一，发病率约占颅内肿瘤的13％～26％；脑膜瘤生长缓慢，多为良性，好发于中老年人群，由于这些特点，脑膜瘤的切除率很高，但由于有些脑膜瘤的血供丰富，导致术后复发率提高，通常需要影像学检查；本文为了明确病灶的供血及静脉回流情况及术后的观察，同时把脑膜瘤的基本情况及影像表现作一如下综述。
