湖北省某工地工人及周边居民艾滋病干预的效果评价

目的了解施工工人及周边居民对艾滋病预防知识的知晓率和行为正确率,评价健康教育这种干预方式的有效性,为以后对流动人口广泛开展艾滋病防治工作积累经验。方法对襄阳市某地区施工基地的工人及周边居民开展有关艾滋病预防知识的健康教育讲座,干预前及干预后半年对其发放问卷进行调查,比较调查对象在干预前后对艾滋病预防知识的知晓率和相关行为态度变化情况,通过卡方检验评价健康教育的效果,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果通过健康宣传教育,显著提高了调查对象对艾滋病相关知识的知晓率,特别是艾滋病的传染源(干预前66.87%,干预后的80.27%)、传播途径(干预前43.40%,干预后59.64%)等方面,同时改变了其对艾滋病感染者的态度,例如愿意与艾滋病感染者同居的比率(干预前的49.69%,干预后68.22%)等,干预前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过健康宣传教育,显著提高了施工工人及周边居民对艾滋病预防知识的知晓率和行为正确率,减少了危险行为的发生。

Evaluation of intervention efficacy about AIDS related knowledge among the workers and surrounding residents in a construction site in Hubei province

Objective To understand the AIDS related knowledge and behavior among the construction workers and surrounding residents,in order to evaluate the intervention efficacy of the health promotion education and gain experience for carrying out AIDS prevention work among the floating population in the future.Methods We carried out AIDS education for the construction workers and surrounding residents in some area in Xiangyang city,then we granted for questionnaires to these people before and after six months of intervention.We compared the changes by the Chi-square test.Results Through the AIDS education,respondents had improved significantly about the AIDS-related knowledge,especially about the origin of HIV(before and after intervention were 66.87% and 80.27%) and transmission route(before and after intervention were 43.40%,59.64%) of HIV infection.They changed their views to AIDS patients,for example,those who were willing to live with AIDS patients increased significanctly(before and after intervention were 49.69% and 68.22% separately with P<0.01).Conclusions Construction workers and residents improve their knowledge about prevention of AIDS by the AIDS education,it helps to reduce the incidence of risk behaviors significantly.
