康妇消炎栓联合克林霉素在治疗慢性盆腔炎中的应用价值

目的：探讨康妇消炎栓联合克林霉素在治疗慢性盆腔炎中的应用价值。方法：选取2009年1月-2014年2月期间本院确诊治疗的慢性盆腔炎患者134例,依据随机分配原则分为联合组和对照组,每组各67例。两组患者均给予常规营养支持、克林霉素等综合治疗,在此治疗基础上,联合组患者给予康妇消炎栓治疗,统计分析两组患者治疗效果和治疗后不良反应发生情况。结果：联合组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后,联合组患者总不良反应率发生明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：康妇消炎栓联合克林霉素治疗可有效维持药物在慢性盆腔炎患者病变部位的药理作用,降低患者不良反应的发生,提高对患者的治疗效果,值得临床作进一步推广。

The Application Value Kangfuxiaoyan Suppository Combined with Clindamycin in the Treatment of Chronic pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective： To investigate the application value of Kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with Clindamycin in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Method： 134 cases with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were diagnosed from January 2009 to February 2014 in our hospital,and randomly divided into combined group and control group,67 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given conventional nutritional support, Clindamycin and other comprehensive treatment,based on the treatment, combined group was treated with Kangfuxiaoyan suppository treatment.The effect of treatment and the incidence of adverse reaction after treatment about two groups of patients were used statistical analysis. Result： The combined group was better than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; after treatment, the combined group patients adverse reaction rate were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Kangfuxiaoyan suppository combined with Clindamycin therapy can effectively maintain the pharmacological effects of drugs in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory lesion, reduce the adverse reactions of patients occurred, to improve patients treatment effect,and it＇s worth clinical further promotion.
