快速康复外科在腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治手术中的应用

目的：探讨在腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治手术中应用快速康复外科（FTS）的安全性及治疗效果。方法：将2011年6月-2013年12月九江市第一人民医院普外科收治的68例行腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治手术患者随机分为FTS组34例和对照组34例,FST组应用快速康复外科,对照组应用传统方法,比较两组的首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院天数、治疗费用、术后并发症发生率。结果：与对照组相比,FST组术后并发症发生率降低,首次排气时间、首次排便时间提前,住院时间缩短,住院费用降低,差异均有统计学意义。

The Application of Fast-track Surgery in Laparoscopic Assisted Fight Hemicolectomy for Colonic Carcinoma

Objective：To explore the feasibility and safety of fast-track surgery（FTS）in laparoscopic assisted fight hemicolectomy for colonic carcinoma.Method：Fifty patients underwent laparoscopie right hemicolectomy for colon carcinoma from June 2011 to December 2013 were randomly divided into two groups,34 patients received FTS and 34 patients received conventional care.The first time of flatus and defecation,the length of hospital stay,medical cost were compared between the two groups.Result：Compared with the control group, FST group decreased incidence of postoperative complications, accelerated the first time of flatus and defecation,shortened the days of hospitalization, reduced medical cost（PO.05）.Conclusion：The fast-track surgery（FTS） in laparoscopic assisted fight hemicolectomy for colonic carcinoma is safe and effective.It has advantage of earlier postoperative recovery,and good effect.
