艾滋病患者肝脏损害的CT表现

目的：分析艾滋病患者并发肝脏损害的CT表现,以提高对艾滋病肝脏损害的CT影像学认识。方法：选取2011年12月-2013年12月本院经临床确诊的125例艾滋病住院患者接受CT扫描,对其中83例并发肝脏损害的CT影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果：本组艾滋病患者肝脏损害的CT影像学异常主要包括肝脏弥漫性改变和肝实质病灶,前者表现为单纯性肝肿大10例,单纯肝密度减低9例,肝肿大同时伴肝密度减低36例,弥漫性脂肪肝8例和肝硬化2例;后者表现为肝脏机会性感染10例,艾滋病相关性肝血管瘤6例,相关性原发性肝细胞癌2例。结论：艾滋病患者肝脏损害的CT表现可为临床提供有价值的影像学资料,有助于临床对艾滋病病情的准确判断。

The CT Performance of Liver Lesion in Patients with Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome

Objective： To analyze the CT performance of liver lesion in patients with acquired immunodcficiency syndrome （AIDS）, then enhance our understanding in terms of CT imaging. Method： 125 patients with HIV/AIDS clinically were confirmed and diagnosed in this hospital between December 2011 and December 2013 who underwent CT scan, and 83 patients with complicated liver damage were subjected to retrospective analysis on CT imaging data. Result： CT imaging abnormalities of patients with HIV/AIDS suffering in this group from liver damage included the change in liver diffuse and liver parenchyma lesions, the former showed that 10 patients suffered from pure liver hepatomegaly, 9 patients suffered from pure liver density reduction, 36 patients suffered from hepatomegaly and liver density reduction, 8 patients suffered from diffuse fatty liver, and 2 patients suffered from cirrhosis liver, while the later showed that 10 patients suffered from opportunistic infections of liver, 6 patients suffered from HIV/AIDS related liver hemangioma, and 2 patients suffered from associated primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Conclusion： CT imaging of liver lesion in AIDS patients may provide clinical with valuable imaging information and help clinical to judge AIDS patients＇ condition accurately.
