舒适护理在剖宫产术后产妇护理中的应用

目的：观察舒适护理在剖宫产术后护理中的应用效果。方法：根据入院先后顺序,将本院收治的144例剖宫产产妇分为研究组和对照组,每组72例,对照组产妇实施常规护理,研究组给予舒适护理,比较两组产妇的护理效果。结果：研究组的中重度疼痛率、母乳喂养成功率均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,SDS评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异均具有统计学意义。结论：在剖宫产术后运用舒适护理,可使产妇的身心处于舒适状态,提高疼痛阈值,改善心理状态,同时提高母乳喂养成功率,值得推广应用。

Comfortable Nursing in the Application of the Maternal Care after Cesarean Section

Objective： To observe the effects of comfortable maternal care application after cesarean nursing. Method： According to the order of admission, mothers will be admitted to our hospital 144 cases of cesarean section was divided into study group and control group,72 cases in each group.The control group mothers were used implementation of routine nursing, the study group were given comfortable care, mothers were compared nursing effect. Result： The rate of moderate to severe pain in the study group and breastfeeding success rate were significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）,SDS scores were significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）, the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion： The use of comfortable care after cesarean section,allows mothers in a comfortable state of mind and body, increase the pain threshold, improve mental state, while improving the success rate of breastfeeding,it should be widely applied.
