自制尼龙床垫对夏季卧床患者压疮预防研究

目的：探索自制尼龙床垫对夏季卧床患者压疮的预防效果。方法：对2011年8月1日-2013年8月31日住院的60例长期卧床偏瘫、大小便失禁患者进行研究,采用对照研究的方式将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各30例。对照组患者给予常规的压疮预防方法,试验组在常规基础上加用自制尼龙床垫进行预防,对比归纳两组患者的临床效果。结果：两组患者压疮高危率、难免压疮发生率及对护理总满意度比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：自制尼龙床垫对夏季卧床患者压疮的预防效果确切,可有效降低压疮的发生率,促进疾病转归,减轻患者痛楚,具有较高的临床使用价值。

Research Bedridden Patients on Prevention Homemade Nylon Mattresses from Pressure Ulcers in Summertime

Objective：To explore prevention effects of homemade on pressure ulcers of bedridden patients in the summer. Method：60 bedridden patients for long term with hemiplegia and gatism were studied in the hospital from August 1,2011 to December 31,2013.They were divided into the control group and the experiment group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were subjected to regular prevention method for pressure ulcers, and patients in the experiment group were subjected to the prevention of homemade nylon mattress on the basis of conventional prevention, clinical effects on patients in two groups were compared and summarized.Result： Respectively to compared the incidence of pressure ulcers,avoid the incidence of pressure ulcers and total satisfaction of nursing of patients in two groups,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Homemade nylon mattresses deliver affirmative prevention effects on pressure ulcers of bedridden patients in the summer,it can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers, facilitate the recovery of diseases,and relieve sufferings of patients. It has high value in clinical services.
