摘    要:目的:探讨轮转护士在临床护理工作中产生医疗纠纷的原因及采取的相应对策。方法:查阅文献,结合本院轮转护士在临床轮转过程中产生的医疗纠纷,分析各种影响因素并采取预防对策。结果:实施有效的科学管理及人性化管理、注重护理流程管理、带教老师实施有针对性带教。结论:通过对每年新入院的轮转护士进行规范化培训及科学管理,可有效地预防医疗纠纷的发生。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the reasons for rotating nurses medical disputes in clinical nursing work and corresponding countermeasures.Method:The literature was reviewed, medical disputes with our institute rotary nurse in clinical rotations generated in the process, various factors and preventive countermeasures were analyzed.Result:The implementation of scientific management and humanistic management, effective attention nursing process management, teachers implement targeted teaching.Conclusion:Standardized training and scientific management for the new year by rotation hospital nurse, can effectively prevent medical disputes.
