硝苯地平联合硫酸镁对妊娠期高血压疾病的临床疗效分析

目的：探讨硝苯地平联合硫酸镁对妊娠期高血压疾病的临床疗效,为临床应用提供参考和依据。方法：选取2012年3月-2014年3月间入住本院的妊娠期高血压疾病患者80例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,观察组给予硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗。对两组患者的血压、分娩结局以及不良反应发生情况进行分析比较。结果：与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的收缩压与舒张压均显著降低,而且观察组患者的降低更显著（P〈0.05）;观察组自然分娩率65.0%（26/40）,显著高于对照组的37.5%（15/40）（P〈0.05）;两组患者均没有发生严重的不良反应。结论：硝苯地平联合硫酸镁可以有效治疗妊娠期高血压疾病,与接受硫酸镁治疗患者组相比具有血压改善明显和自然分娩率高的优点,值得在临床工作中推广和应用。

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Nifedipine Combined with Magnesium Sulfate on Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of Nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate on pregnancy-induced hypertension. Method： 80 cases of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given magnesium sulfate treatment, and patients in observation group were given nitrate benzene horizon combined magnesium sulfate. The blood pressure, birth outcomes, and adverse reactions of two groups were analyzed and compared. Result： Compared with before treatment, systolic and diastolic blood pressure of two groups were significantly reduced, and the reduce of observation group were more significantly（P〈0.05）.The natural childbirth rate of observation group was 65.0%（26/40）, which was significantly higher than 37.5%（15/40） of control group（P〈0.05）. There was no serious adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion： Nifedipine combined magnesium sulfate can effectively treat pregnancy-induced hypertension, with advantages of significantly blood pressure change and high natural childbirth compared with magnesium sulfate, worthy of promotion and application.
