欣母沛在治疗和预防高危人群产后出血中的价值分析

目的：探讨欣母沛在治疗和预防高危人群产后出血中的应用效果。方法：按照产后出血防治方案不同将本院妇产科分娩的268例高危产妇分为试验组165例和对照组103例,分别给予欣母沛联合缩宫素和单用缩宫素治疗,比较两组产妇术中失血量、产后2 h出血量、产后24 h出血量、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果：试验组产妇术中出血量、产后2 h出血量及产后24 h出血量均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;试验组产妇临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组产妇不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：欣母沛可有效提升缩宫素宫缩止血效果,减少产妇术中失血量和产后出血量,不良反应小,安全性高,是防治高危人群产后出血的优选方案。

Analysis of the Values of Uterine Inertia in Treatment and Preventing of Postpartum Hemorrhage in High Risk Group

Objective：To explore the values of uterine inertia in treatment and preventing of postpartum hemorrhage in high risk group.Method：268 cases of high risk of maternal were divided into experiment group and control group. The experiment group were treated by uterine inertia combined with oxytocin, the control group were treated by oxytocin.The bleeding volume in intraoperative, 2 h of postpartum, 24 h of postpartum, clinical effects, adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result：The bleeding volume in intraoperative, 2 h of postpartum, 24 h of postpartum of the experiment group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The clinical effects for the experiment group were better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference on the adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The values of uterine inertia in treatment and preventing postpartum hemorrhage is good, it can increase the hematischesis, reduce the bleeding volume in intraoperative, with low adverse reactions, with high safety, it is the high risk population of postpartum bleeding.
