腹部小切口及棒球缝合在大子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用

目的：探讨腹部小切口及棒球缝合在大子宫肌瘤剔除术中的价值。方法：将患者分为研究组和对照组,研究组24例患者采用腹部小切口,肌瘤创面以棒球缝合法关闭瘤腔,电动子宫切除器取出肌瘤;取传统方法的患者30例作为对照组,比较手术时间、出血量及近期疗效等指标。结果：两组手术时间、出血量比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;而研究组术后排气时间及住院时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：腹部小切口及棒球缝合用于子宫肌瘤剔除术优于传统开腹手术。

Evaluation of Minilaparotomy and Baseball Suture in Myomectomy for Large Hysteromyoma

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of Minilaparotomy and Baseball suture in myomectomy for large hysteromyoma. Method：24 patients with large hysteromyoma as the research group were operated by minilaparotomy,the myoma wounds were used baseball suture to closed tumor cavity,and the hysteromyoma were taked out with electric uterus removal device;30 patients were treated by traditional method as the control group.The duration of operation,blood loss, time needed for recovery were observed. Result：The two groups showed the same time of operation and amount of bleed loss, the difference was no statistically significant（P0.05）; the research group needed shorter time for evacuation time and hospital stays than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Minilaparotomy and baseball suture in myomectomy for large hysteromyoma remains the advantages of laparotomy and laparoscopy.
