护理干预对手术室术后肺部感染率的影响

目的：探讨手术室护理干预对患者术后肺部感染率的影响以及患者对护理质量满意程度。方法：选取本院2012年10月-2013年10月接受手术的114例患者,随机分为干预组与对照组,每组各57例。对照组患者采用常规护理方法,干预组患者采用系统手术室护理干预方法,术后比较两组患者肺部感染率以及患者对护理质量满意程度。结果：干预组肺部感染发生率为7.02%,患者对护理质量满意度为92.98%;对照组肺部感染发生率为28.07%,患者对护理质量满意度为71.93%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对于手术的患者来说,积极有效的护理干预对控制手术室术后肺部感染发生率有积极的作用,同时还可以增加患者对护理质量的满意程度,因此应当在临床实践当中推广应用。

The Influence of Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Lung Infection Operating Room

Objective：To explore the operating room nursing intervention for patients with postoperative pulmonary infection rate and the influence of patients＇ satisfaction with the quality of nursing.Method：114 patients underwent surgery were selected from October 2012 to October 2013,they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,57 cases in each group.The control group were treated by routine nursing methods and the intervention group were treated by system operating room nursing intervention methods.Compared two groups of patients with postoperative pulmonary infection rate and patients＇ satisfaction with the quality of nursing.Result：The intervention group incidence of pulmonary infection was 7.02%, the patients satisfaction with nursing quality was 92.98%.The control group incidence of pulmonary infection was 28.07%, patients for the nursing quality satisfaction was 71.93%,compared the two groups, the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with surgery, positive and effective nursing intervention on postoperative pulmonary infection control operating room rates have a positive effect,also can increase patient＇s satisfaction with the quality of nursing, so it should be popularized in clinical practice application.
