医用几丁糖凝胶预防剖宫产术后盆腔粘连的效果分析

目的：探讨并分析医用几丁糖凝胶对剖宫产术后盆腔粘连的预防效果。方法：将本院2013年1月-2014年1月收治的85例剖宫产妇按随机数字表法分为对照组及治疗组,其中对照组40例,治疗组45例,治疗组患者在术中腹膜缝合前将2 mL的几丁糖涂抹于患者子宫切口表面等部位,而对照组患者使用2 mL生理盐水涂抹于相同位置,其余手术操作均相同,观察并比较两组的临床效果。结果：治疗组的总有效率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的70.00%,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组产妇二次剖宫产术中粘连发生率为8.89%,显著低于对照组发生率37.50%,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：医用几丁糖凝胶对剖宫产术后盆腔粘连具有较好的临床效果,是一种值得推广使用的新型生物材料。

The Effect of Chitosan Gel in Prevention of Pelvic Adhesions after Cesarean

Objective： To explore the effect of chitosan gel in prevention of pelvic adhesions after cesarean.Method： 85 cesarean patients were selected from our hospital during January 2013 and January 2014, and then the 85 cases were randomly divided into two group, one was control group （40 cases）, the other one was treatment group （45 cases）. Before peritoneal suture, the treatment group was daubed chitosan gel on the surface of uterine incision and some other place, while the control group was daubed 2 mL of saline on the same position. In other operation, there were no difference between the two groups. And to compare treatment effect of the two groups.Result： The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.96%, which was higher than that of the control group 70.00%, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. The pelvic adhesions incidence of treatment group was 8.89%, which was lower than that of the control group （37.50%）, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The effect of chitosan gel in prevention of pelvic adhesions after cesarean is very good, so chitosan gel is value to be used in clinic as a new biological material.
