探究中周部加光镜片联合调节训练延缓近视发展

目的：探究中周部加光镜片联合调节训练延缓近视发展的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年6月-2012年6月门诊复查检查确诊为近视的60例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组采用中周部加光镜片联合调节训练延缓近视的发展,对照组则采用常规治疗方法调节训练延缓近视的发展。结果：治疗组患者的近视延缓明显要优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中周部加光镜片联合调节训练延缓近视发展具有较好的临床疗效,值得推广应用。

Research on the Union of Mid-periphery Additional Designed Lenses and Adjusting Training for Slowing Down Myopia Development

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of mid-periphery additional designed lenses with the union of adjusting training for slowing down myopia development. Method： 60 patients, who were definitely diagnosed with myopia during the clinic review checks from June 2011 to June 2012, were chosen as the objects of the research. They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group. To delay the development of myopia, the patients in treatment group were given the treatment of mid-periphery additional designed lenses with the combination of adjusting training. The patients in control group were given the conventional therapy to adjust train and postpone the development of myopia. Result： The myopia delay of the patients in treatment group were remarkably better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The union of midperiphery additional designed lenses and adjusting training has commendable clinical effect for slowing down myopia development.Thus,it should be well spread.
