纤维支气管镜局部灌洗注药治疗79例肺脓肿的临床体会

目的：通过观察经纤支镜局部灌洗及注药治疗后的肺脓肿患者临床表现、胸部X线平片及胸部CT等评价疗效指标的变化情况,探讨纤维支气管镜局部灌洗注药治疗肺脓肿的临床疗效和安全性。方法：收集本科符合肺脓肿诊断标准,并经纤支镜局部灌洗及注药治疗的79例患者的病历资料,进行统计学分析。结果：治愈50例,显效20例,有效5例,无效4例,总有效率94.9%。结论：肺脓肿患者除采用常规治疗外,还可采用经纤维支气管镜向病变部位局部灌洗及注药治疗,其临床效果好,安全性高,值得进一步的推广应用。

Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy Bronchoalveolar Lavage Drug Injection for the Treatment of Clinical Experience of 79 Cases of Lung Abscess

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of fiberoptic bronchoscopy bronchoalveolar lavage drug injection in treatment of pulmonary abscess, we observed patients of lung abscess by fiberbronchoscope lavage and injection in clinical manifestations, chest X-ray and chest CT efficacy evaluation indexes. Method： We collected pulmonary abscess conforms to the standard of diagnosis, and 79 cases treated by fiberbronchoscope lavage and injection of patient＇s medical records and statistical analysis. Result： In 79 patients with lung abscess patients, 50 cases were cured accord with the cure standard, 20 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective, 4 cases were invalid. Total effective rate was 94.9%. Conclusion： In addition to the conventional treatment, pulmonary abscess patients still can be used by fiber bronchoscope to the lesions of local douche and injection treatment, the clinical effect is good, high safety. This treatment is worthy of popularization and application.
