高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤的临床护理配合

摘    要:目的:观察总结高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤的临床护理配合要点及其价值。方法:选择本院住院收治的子宫肌瘤患者100例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组50例实施常规护理,试验组50例实施全程化护理配合。对比两组并发症发生率,调查护理满意度。结果:试验组围手术期内并发症发生率明显低于对照组,对护理工作满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:全程化的临床护理配合对接受高强度聚焦超声治疗的子宫肌瘤患者有确切价值,可降低围手术期内各种并发症的发生率,改善护理满意度,综合优势确切,值得重视。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical nursing coordination with the main points and its value of high intensity focused ultrasound treatment of uterine fibroids.Method:100 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital in-patient department were selected as the research object,they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 50 cases was given routine nursing,50 cases of the experimental group implemented whole course nursing cooperation. The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction survey were compared.Result:The perioperative period in the experimental group with complication rates significantly was lower than the control group,the nursing job satisfaction score was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The whole course of clinical nursing cooperation of high intensity focused ultrasound treatment of patients with uterine fibroids have exact value,can reduce the incidence of various complications in peri-operational period, improve nursing satisfaction,comprehensive advantage exactly,worthy of attention.
