抗生素药珠植入术治疗创伤性骨髓炎的临床观察

目的：探讨抗生素药珠植入术治疗创伤性骨髓炎的临床观察。方法：选取2011年8月-2013年10月在本院就诊的148例创伤性骨髓炎患者作为研究对象,按照数字随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组各74例。观察组采用抗生素药珠植入术治疗,对照组采用闭合灌洗引流术治疗,观察两组患者的平均住院时间、手术次数及治愈率。结果：观察组的平均住院时间为（38.32±15.30）d,明显短于对照组的（77.02±21.46）d,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组的平均手术次数为（2.35±0.99）次,与对照组的（2.72±1.02）次比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组的治愈率为87.84%,明显高于对照组的64.86%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：抗生素药珠植入术治疗创伤性骨髓炎的临床疗效显著,可明显缩短患者的住院时间,治愈率高,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical Observation of Antibiotic Beads Implantation for the Treatment of Traumatic Osteomyelitis

Objective：To explore the clinical observation of antibiotic beads implantation for the treatment of traumatic osteomyelitis. Method： 148 cases of traumatic osteomyelitis patients in our hospital were selected as the research object from August 2011 to October 2013,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,74 cases in each group.The observation group were used antibiotic beads implantation treatment and the control group were used closed irrigation and drainage in the treatment.The average hospitalized patients in the two group, the number of operation time and the cure rate were especially to observed. Result： The average hospitalization time of the observation group were（38.32±15.30）d, significantly shorter than the control group of（77.02±21.46）d, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the mean operation times for the observation group were（2.35±0.99）times, and control group were（2.72±1.02） times, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）; the cure rate of observation group was 87.84%, significantly higher than the control group of 64.86%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The curative effect of antibiotic beads implantation for the treatment of traumatic osteomyelitis significantly, can shorten the hospitalization time of patients, the cure rate is high, it is worth for clinical use.
