中药材挥发油含量与提取时间相关性研究

目的：探讨不同中药材挥发油含量与提取时间及出油高峰的相关性。方法：采用水蒸气蒸馏技术对12种中药挥发油含量进行提取，并研究其提取时间及出油高峰的关系。结果：12种中药中八角茴香的挥发油含量最高，木香和佛手的含量最低；丁香挥发油的提取时间最长，苍术的最短；丁香的出油高峰持续时间最长，而佛手的最短。结论：水蒸气蒸馏技术是一种提取中药材挥发油的主要方式，通过对花椒等12种中药材挥发油提取的实验研究，发现不同中药材挥发油的含量及提取时间差异较大，其含量与提取时间无绝对相关性。

Research on Relationship of the Oil Content and the Extracted Time of the Essential Oils in the Different Chinese Crude Drugs

Objective：To study the relationship between the oil content and the extracted time of the essential oils in the different Chinese crude drugs.Method：The technology of wet distillation was applied for 12 species of the oil content and the extracted time of the essential oils was studied.Result：In the 12 species of the Chinese crude drugs,the oil content of Chinese Star Anise was maximal,Common Aucklandia Root and Finger Citron were minimal;the extracted time,Clore was longissimus,Atractylodes Rhizome was shortest.Conclusion：The technology of wet distillation is a significant way to extract essential oils.By the empirical study we find that there is a conspicuous discrepancy in the oil content and the extracted time in the different Chinese crude drugs.Furthermore there are no absolutely correlations between the oil content and the extracted time.
