心宝丸治疗缓慢型心律失常50例的临床观察

目的：探讨中药心宝丸治疗缓慢型心律失常的临床疗效。方法：选自本院诊治的100例心律失常患者,随机分为两组,治疗组50例,给予中药心宝丸,对照组50例,采用阿托品治疗,连续观察3个月,比较两组的临床效果和不良反应情况。结果：两组治疗前后比较,心宝丸和阿托品两种药物均能有效改善心律失常（P〈0.01）,但心宝丸的改善效果明显优于阿托品（P〈0.01）;连续观察3个月,心宝丸组50例患者治愈率为22.00%,总有效率为82.00%,阿托品对照组中50例患者治愈率达到14.00%,总有效率为72.00%,心宝丸治疗组的总有效率明显高于阿托品,阿托品对照组有5例相继出现厌食、恶心,伴有不同程度的眩晕,而中药心宝丸治疗组的患者却未见上述反应,两组患者的尿、血常规、电解质、肝肾功能及血糖检查均无异常。结论：心宝丸治疗缓慢型心律失常临床疗效较好,费用较低,值得在临床推广使用。

The Clinical Observation of Xinbao Pill in the Treatment of 50 Cases of Slow Arrhythmia

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Xinbao pill in treatment of slow arrhythmia.Method：100 cases of arrhythmia were selected in our hospital, and they were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in the treatment group, and was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Xinbao pill, and 50 cases in the control group, used atropine treatment. After continuous observation of 3 months, the clinical effect and adverse reaction of two groups were compared.Result：Before and after treatment was compared,both the groups could effectively improve the cardiac arrhythmia（P〈0.01）, but the treatment group improved was obviously better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）.After continuous observation of 3 months, the cure rate of the treatment group was 22%, and total effective rate was 82%, while of the control group were 14%, 72%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was superior to the control group（P〈0.05）.5 cases of the control group suffered from nausea, anorexia, Hyun halo and other adverse symptoms, and the patients in the treatment group had no obvious adverse reactions. Of the patients in both two groups, urine, blood routine, electrolytes, liver and kidney function and blood glucose examination showed no abnormalities.Conclusion：In treatment of slow arrhythmia, Xinbao pill which has good curative effect and low cost, is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
