口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散进行外科手术前肠道准备的效果观察

目的：探讨在进行外科手术前,口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散在肠道清洁上的效果以及伴随症状。方法：在2012年5月-2014年5月期间收集需要做术前肠道准备的患者,经患者同意后按照肠道清洁的方法不同分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组口服1000 m L复方聚乙二醇电解质散,对照组采用肥皂水清洁灌肠法。观察并比较两组患者服药后的排便情况、肠道清洁度、有无不良反应以及心理变化。结果：两组均都有良好的肠道清理效果,虽然观察组排便次数明显多于对照组,但是均能达到理想效果。观察组肠道准备中伴随的不良症状少于对照组,排便情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,紧张恐惧心理比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：相比之下,在肠道清洁、排便情况上复方聚乙二醇电解质散优于传统的肥皂水清洁灌肠法,而且出现的不良反应也少,是优秀的肠道清洁用药,值得推广。

Effects Observation on Oral Administration of Compound Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder for Bowel Preparation before Surgeries

Objective：To explore effects and accompanying symptoms for oral administration of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder on intestinal canal cleaning before the application of surgeries. Method：The patients required to make preoperative bowel preparation of patients admitted during the period from May 2012 to May 2014 were divided into the observation group and the control group as agreed by patients according to different methods of bowel cleaning. A total of 60 patients were divided into two groups with 30 patients in the observation group and another 30 patients in the control group. The patients in the observation group were orally administered with 1000 m L of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder, and patients in the control group were subject to soapy water enema cleaning. Defecation details, intestinal cleanliness, existence of adverse reactions, and psychological changes of patients in two groups after medications were observed and compared.Result：The experiments showed that both groups delivered good bowel cleaning effects, the defecation details of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, but both of which achieved ideal effects. While the number of adverse symptoms accompanied with the observation group was less than that of patients in the control group, and defecation conditions of patients in the observation group were better than that of patients in the control group, the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）,the psychological difference in fear and nervousness was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The bowel cleaning and defecation condition of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder are better than that of traditional cleaning enema method for soapy water, and less adverse reactions occur, imposing great medication of bowel cleaning and worthy of promotion.
