治疗皮肤擦伤的一种新方法

目的：探讨采用创面早期抗炎处理＋棉丝覆盖法治疗皮肤擦伤的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析本院在2012年5月-2014年5月使用创面早期抗炎处理＋棉丝覆盖法治疗的45例四肢、躯干及颌面等处皮肤擦伤患者的临床资料。结果：使用该方法治疗皮肤擦伤后有43例得到随访,其中27例在2周内创面愈合,15例在3周内愈合,优良率达93.3%,所有随访病例均无瘢痕增生。结论：使用该方法治疗各部位皮肤擦伤能使创面早期结痂,创面无需覆盖及换药,极大地方便了患者日常生活,后期瘢痕不明显,是一种值得推广的治疗皮肤擦伤的实用方法。

A New Method for the Treatment of Skin Abrasions

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of using early anti-inflammatory treatment of the wound and cotton silk covering method in treatment of skin abrasions.Method：The clinical data of 45 patients with skin abrasions treated with early anti-inflammatory treatment of the wound and cotton silk covering method in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 were retrospectively analyzed,the injury included limbs,trunk and maxillofacial.Result：There were 43 patients got follow-up,including 27 cases of wound healed in 2 weeks,15 cases healed in 3 weeks,the excellent and good rate was 93.3%,all follow-up cases had no scar hyperplasia.Conclusion：Using this method in treatment of each part of skin abrasions can make early wound scab over,and wound without cover and dressing,this method has made great facility for patients,no scar hyperplasia appeared late,is a worth promoting practical method for the treatment of skin abrasions.
