孟鲁司特联合舒利迭和单用舒利迭治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效比较

目的：比较孟鲁司特联合舒利迭和单用舒利迭治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效和安全性。方法：将72例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组36例单用舒利迭吸入,治疗组36例在此基础上加孟鲁司特口服,两组疗程均为8周。观察两组的临床疗效及肺功能变化。结果：治疗后两组的FEV1%pred、PEF%pred及咳嗽症状评分均较治疗前均显著改善,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而治疗组较对照组改善更显著（t=2.6380、2.2572、3.6836,P〈0.05）。治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（字2=4.5714,P〈0.05）。结论：口服孟鲁司特钠联合吸入舒利迭治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘,比单用舒利迭起效快、疗效高,且不增加不良反应。

Comparison of Therapeutic Effects of Montelukast Combine with Seretide and Alone Seretide in the Treatment of Patients with Cough Variant Asthma

Objective： To compare therapeutic efficacy and safety of montelukast combine with seretide and alone seretide in the treatment of patients with cough variant asthma.Method：72 patients with cough variant asthma were divided into two groups according to random number table method： the control group of 36 patients was treated with single inhalation of seretide, the treatment group of 36 patients was treated with montelukast on the basis of the control group, two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy and lung function changes in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Result： FEV1% pred, PEF% pred and cough symptom scores in two groups of patients were significantly improved after treatment than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group （t=2.6380, 2.2572, 3.6836,P〈0.05）. The total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （X2=4.5714, P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Seretide plus montelukast on patients with cough variant asthma can enhance and accelerate therapeutic effect, without increasing the adverse reactions.
