灌洗治疗120例阴道炎疗效观察及护理研究

目的：探讨灌洗治疗阴道炎的疗效观察及护理干预。方法：选取120例阴道炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。两组患者均采用臭氧多功能冲洗治疗仪灌洗治疗。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上再使用特殊护理。比较两组治疗效果和护理满意度。结果：治疗后,对照组的总有效率为70.00%,观察组为96.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后,对照组的满意度为73.33%,观察组为95.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对阴道炎患者采用臭氧多功能冲洗治疗仪进行灌洗的基础上进行特殊护理,操作简便,疗效确切,患者满意度高,值得在临床上推广。

The Curative Effect Observation and Nursing Research of Lavage in Treatment of 120 Cases of Vaginitis

Objective： To explore the clinical effects and nursing intervention of lavage in treatment of patients with vaginitis.Method： One hundred and twenty patients of vaginitis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group of 60 cases. Two groups of patients were treated by ozone multi-function irrigation. The control group was only given conventional nursing. The observation group was not only given conventional nursing but also given special nursing. The therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared after treatment. Result： The total effective rate of the control group was 70.00% while the observation group was 96.67% after treatment, and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was 73.33% while the observation group was 95.00% after treatment, and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant （ P〈O.05 ） . Conclusion： The clinical effect of special nursing combined with ozone multi-function irrigation in treatment of vaginitis disease is excellent and the satisfaction rate is high. It is worth popularization and application.
