甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效

目的：探讨甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠（EP）的临床疗效与安全性。方法：按照随机分组的方法将94例EP患者分为观察组（给予甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗）、对照组（接受甲氨蝶呤治疗）。比较两组治疗有效率,统计两组治疗前后β-h CG、包块大小及血孕酮检测值及治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗2周后,对照组有效32例（72.3%）,观察组有效46例（92.0%）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组β-h CG、包块大小及血孕酮检测值均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗期间主要不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（10.0%vs 9.1%,P〉0.05）。结论：甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮联合治疗EP安全、有效,具有较好的临床应用价值。

Effect of Mifepristone Combined with Methotrexate in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy（EP）.Method：94 cases of patients with EP were randomly divided into observation group（treated by mifepristone combined with methotrexate） and control group（treated by mifepristone）. The effective rate, the β-h CG, admission mass diameter and the progestational and the adverse reaction before and after the treatment of the two groups were compared. Result：After the treatment,the effective rate of the observation was 46 cases（92.0%）,and 32 cases of the control group（72.3%）（P〈0.05）.The β-h CG, admission mass diameter and the progestational of the observation group were all better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no difference of the adverse reaction between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy is effect and safety, which is suitable for clinical application.
