| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经改良的自主导入式Foly管法食管异物取出术在食道异物治疗中的应用价值。方法：选取2012年1月-2013年10月本院门诊收治的误吞圆形异物的患儿42例,采用改良的自主导入式Foly管法食管异物取出术进行治疗,观察临床效果。结果：42例患儿中36例成功取出异物,成功率85.71%,且均无明显并发症。结论：自主导入式Foly管法食管异物取出术操作更安全、简便、患儿依从性好,操作成功率高。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the application value of the modified method on the treatment of esophageal foreign bodies with self-control-insertion Foly-tube method.Method：42 patients with swallow circular foreign bodies in esophagus in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2013 were selected, they were treated with self-control-insertion Foly-tube method, and the clinical effect of the patients was observed.Result：36 patients were removed the foreign bodier successfully, the success rate was 85.71%, and without obvious complication.Conclusion： The application of self-control-insertion Foly-tube method can improve the success rate of the operation with more safe, easier and better compliance. |
