小儿头皮静脉穿刺的技巧及效果观察

目的：探讨小儿头皮静脉穿刺的技巧及临床效果。方法：对200例需要静脉输液的患儿随机分成观察组与对照组各100例，观察组在穿刺过程中通过选择合适血管和光线，充分准备皮肤，采用最新穿刺手法，牢固固定针头等方法；对照组采用常规穿刺方法。结果：两组穿刺方法比较，观察组一次性静脉穿刺成功率明显高于常规组（P〈0.05）。观察组患儿回血率93.0%，明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组患儿家长对穿刺操作的满意度为99.0%，满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：熟练掌握小儿头皮静脉穿刺的技巧，能有效提高一次性静脉穿刺的成功率，减少患儿的痛苦，保证患儿抢救与治疗计划的顺利进行，同时减少了医患纠纷的发生。

Skill and Effect Observation of Infantile Scalp Vein Puncture

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of scalp vein puncture technique.Method：200 cases of intravenous infusion were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each group, the observation group in the puncture process by selecting suitable vessel and light skin,fully prepared,using the latest puncture needle,fixed method;the control group with routine puncture method.Result：There was significant difference in two puncture methods（P〈0.05）,the success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of conventional group disposable vein puncture.Blood return rate of the observation group was 93.0%,significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The observation group of parents of children with satisfaction on the puncture operation was 99.0%,satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Skilled pediatric scalp vein puncturetechniques,can effectively improve the disposablepuncture success rate,reduce the pain of the patients,ensure that the children rescue and treatment plan,and reduce the occurrence of medical dispute.
