延续护理对老年脑卒中患者运动功能康复的干预效果

目的：探讨以家庭照顾为本的社区延续护理对脑卒中患者运动功能康复的干预效果。方法：选取2011年1月-2013年1月康复出院的老年脑卒中患者100例，分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采取常规家庭照顾护理，观察组在对照组的基础上实施社区延续护理，并对两组患者的Barther指数、Fug1-Meyer指数进行比较。结果：观察组患者Barther指数、Fug1-Meyer指数两项评定指标均优于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：社区延续护理纠正了脑卒中患者不良生活行为习惯，使患者Barther和Fugl-Meyer指数更为理想，运动功能与情绪状态明显改善，患者的日常生活活动功能与生活质量明显提高。

The Intervention Effect of Continuation of Care for Elderly Patients with Cerebral Apoplexy Movement Function Recovery

Objective：To discuss the intervention effect of basing on family care community continue nursing motor function recovery in patients with cerebral apoplexy. Method：To select 100 senile cerebral apoplexy patients who were recovered from January 2011 to January 2013,and randomly divide into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group. The control group was taken regular family care nursing,and the observation group was implemented community continuation of care on the basis of the control group,to compare the Barther index and the index of Fug1-Meyer of two groups of patients. Result：Two evaluation indexes of Barther index and the index of Fug1-Meyer of the observation group were better than those of the control group,there was statistically significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Community continuation of care is corrected stroke patients with bad living habits,and it is made the patient Fugl-Meyer and Barther index more ideal,motor function and emotional states are improved significantly. Daily life activities in patients with function and quality of life are improved obviously.
