两枚双头加压钛螺钉前后交叉内固定对股骨颈骨折的中长期疗效研究

摘    要:目的:探讨两枚双头加压钛螺钉前后交叉内固定对股骨颈骨折中长期疗效。方法:选取本院骨科住院部股骨颈骨折91例,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组。试验组46例采用两枚双头加压钛螺钉前后交叉内固定手术治疗,对照组45例采用三枚螺钉内固定手术治疗,比较两组骨折愈合、手术时间、手术出血量和关节恢复情况的差异。结果:试验组骨折愈合优良率、骨折愈合率和髋关节恢复优良率均高于对照组(P〈0.05);试验组术后出血量、手术时间均低于对照组(P〈0.05);试验组术后6、12个月生活质量评分均高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:两枚双头加压钛螺钉前后交叉内固定对股骨颈骨折的中长期疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。

Mid-long Term Efficacy Study of Two Hollow Double Head Compression Titanium Screws Crosswise in Internal Fixation for Femoral Neck Fracture

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the mid-long term efficacy two hollow double head compression titanium screws crosswise in internal fixation for femoral neck fracture.Method: 91 cases of femoral neck fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the two double heads compression titanium screw fixation were used in the experimental group(n=46),the three screws internal fixation parallel were used in the control group(n=45).The fracture healing and operation time, operation bleeding and joint recovery situation in the two group were compared.Result:Well-healing,fracture healing and hip recovery rate in the experimental group are significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05),postoperative bleeding and operation time in the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05),quality of life score at 6, 12 months after operation in experimental group were obviously higher than that of control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Two hollow double head compression titanium screws crosswise in internal fixation of femoral neck fracture is satisfying in mid-long term efficacy,so it is worthy of clinical application.
