摘    要:目的:通过对新生儿重症监护室(NICU)医院感染状况的监测,探讨相关因素及积极有效的控制措施。方法:分析NICU 2301例新生儿的医院感染发生率,监测患儿感染的疾病、感染部位以及监护室内空气、医护人员的手卫生、医疗器械的消毒情况。结果:发生医院感染65例,79例次,感染率为2.82%,感染例次率为3.43%。胎龄小、体重低、住院时间长、抗生素的应用、医护人员的手卫生、NICU的环境和侵入性操作等均为医院感染的高危因素。结论:加强新生儿重症监护室医院感染的管理,针对感染高危因素采取有效的预防措施,可减少新生儿重症监护室医院感染的发生。

Abstract:Objective:To search for the relevant elements of infections in neonatal intensive care hospital and positive and effective measures to control it by means of detecting current infection situations in neonatal intensive care hospital.Method:The infection rate of the newborn disease of NCU2301 was analyzed, and the accurate infection types, infected areas, and the disinfection of medical devices were detected.Result:In the detecting period of time, there were 65 infection cases and 79 infection times.The infection rate was 2.82% and the rate of infection times was 3.43%. The newborn babies who were younger in age, lighter in weight and stay at hospital for a longer period of time were more likely to be infected. Besides, the use of antibiotics, the hands hygiene, the NICU environments, and the invasive operations were also important elements leading to the infections in neonatal care hospital.Conclusion:Strengthening the supervision of infections in neonatal care hospital and taking effective preventive measures can decrease the infection in neonatal intensive care hospital.
